Hair services are customized and based on individual hair history, condition, and consultation. While inspiration photos are helpful, exact results cannot be guaranteed.

All services are considered complete at the end of the appointment.

Refunds

Due to the time, product, and expertise involved, services are non-refundable.

Adjustments

If you have concerns about your service, please contact the salon within a reasonable timeframe so we can discuss next steps. Adjustments, when appropriate, are at the discretion of the stylist.
